Control Centre and Water Quality
The Control Centre monitors every site through the supervisory control system 24 hours a day, dispatches crews, manages alarms and coordinates incidents. The water quality team owns the drinking water risk management plan, the verification sampling program, laboratory results and reporting to the health regulator.

Fatima Rahimi
Fatima runs the control centre and the verification sampling program, has been with ClearFlow for seven years and is the incident controller for water quality events.
Where the work is recorded
Water Quality Sampling Register
Records operational and verification samples, laboratory results and the result status for drinking water, recycled water, effluent and raw water.
WHS and Environmental Incident Register
Records injuries, near misses, hazards, chemical releases, sewage spills, water quality incidents and vehicle events with investigation and actions.
Network Work Orders
Tracks every reactive and planned job on the water and sewer networks, plants, storages and channels from dispatch to completion.
