Water Treatment
Water Treatment operates the Kialla plant and the bore field treatment units. Operators control coagulation, clarification, filtration, disinfection and fluoridation, run operational sampling, dose and receive chemicals, and keep every critical control point inside its limits around the clock.

- Operate and control coagulation, clarification and filtration processes
- Monitor and adjust hypochlorite disinfection and fluoride dosing
- Run operational sampling and bench testing every shift
- Receive, store and handle treatment chemicals safely
- Record process data, alarms and handovers each shift

Anjali Menon
Anjali has managed the Kialla plant for eight years, holds the plant's critical control point sign-off and leads operator training on filtration and disinfection.
Tyler Moloney
Tyler operates the Kialla plant on the rotating roster, has been an operator for three years and runs the morning sampling and hypochlorite checks.

Water Quality Sampling Register
Records operational and verification samples, laboratory results and the result status for drinking water, recycled water, effluent and raw water.
WHS and Environmental Incident Register
Records injuries, near misses, hazards, chemical releases, sewage spills, water quality incidents and vehicle events with investigation and actions.
Network Work Orders
Tracks every reactive and planned job on the water and sewer networks, plants, storages and channels from dispatch to completion.
